Dynamic Testing

Dynamic load testing requires a variety of sensors to perform reliable, high speed measurement of rapid changes in identified parameters.
The measured changes are used to monitor and characterise the performance of the tested structure, allowing, amongst other advantages, greater accuracy of structure life prediction and more effective targeted maintenance.

Sensor Solutions has developed and installed systems to carry out dynamic load testing of structures ranging from airframes to construction plant and commercial vehicles. The tasks the dynamic load tests have been used to carry out are everything from structural monitoring to analysis of fatigue life, and vibration testing to dynamic load response.
